Here is one of the last projects we completed! It was a win-win-win as we were able to help the seller of this townhome out of a sticky situation, make our investors a solid return and create a nice home for someone to raise their family in.

This seller was in foreclosure and had squatters in the house that he was about to lose. He would not have been able to sell this property on the market because of the situation and he did not have time to waste.

Luckily, we were able to step in and buy this home from him with the squatters in place so he no longer had to worry about losing his house or evicting squatters.

He was able to walk away with a nice check and no foreclosure status on his credit record.

This renovation turned out great and completely changed the feel of the home and created value for the rest of the homeowners in the neighborhood!
